Spin and Go Max (Pokerstars)

I have downloaded the Pokerstars 30 day demo to test, but seems that Spin and Go Max games hand history is not supported? Please confirm?

Support for these games was added in PokerTracker v4.14.27. Are you having an issue just with this gametype or all gametypes? We have a guide for getting things setup with PokerStars here:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the "Fold" button all need to be in English.

I'm getting the following when trying to import from the hand history email:

Are the hands being emailed in English? If not you can change that via 'PokerStars Client -> Tools -> History & Stats -> Get Hand History -> Language'.

Hi, unfortunately some of my Spin max BIs are tracked wrong in PT v4.15 .. For example a 100$ spinmax shows up as $94,50+$19,50+$5,50 which =$119,50 and not 100$
.. some of them are being tracked correctly but some not.. if added a picture of it
Please help

This issue will be resolved in the next official release. If you want to be automatically notified when that's available and/or have access to an alpha version to test the fix then please open a Support Ticket.
