Error with WPN

When trying to import my hand histories from the jackpot SNG tourneys on the winning poker network i get this error...

got it to work, was running an older version of PT4. But now the HUD doesn't appear on the table when playing, does this have something to do with the fact that for jackpots SNG WPN client doesn't store hand histories in real time? You have to request them from the client.

If there are no hand histories files then a HUD cannot be displayed however WPN now save .txt files for jackpot games as you play and auto import support for those was added in PokerTracker v4.14.27. Do you see these files being created in your WPN HH folder while playing on a jackpot table?

No, they have a feature in the client to request those han histories by date but it doesnt store them locally while playing, it does however with other formats, i tried on a cash game table and launching a HU table and they work properly but for some reasong the decide it to run jackpots like this.

Also, what is the meaning of this red circle...

I am aware that you can request the hands afterwards but as I mentioned in my last reply WPN are now saving .txt hand history files for jackpot tables as you play. If for some reason your WPN skin isn't doing that then PokerTracker 4 will not be able to display a HUD and that's the reason for the red PokerTracker icon on the table.

Yeah got the HUD to work too, thanks. But now, PT4 doesn't recognize multipliers higher than 2x in fact in the graph it only displays my net results for 2x multipliers only.

WPN do not provide prizepool information for their tournaments and until they do we have nothing to import so PokerTracker 4 will default to the most common result of these tournaments, which is a x2 prizepool. If the buy-in isn't being recorded you can download and import that information and for the prizepool you can edit your results manually using the Edit Tournament Results window which will in turn update the multiplier statistic.
