HUD stopped working

Hi,

My hud worked perfectly, pokerstars updated and now it wont display and I cant tag hands either. It is recording my hands and results so I assume its setup correctly, I checked the language its set to English.

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file so we can see what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I don't see a pokertracker4.log file. I have :

pokertracker4
pokertrackerhud4
polertrackerweb4.

which one should I use?

As your Windows isn't displaying file name extensions then the file we need will be the text file that's just called 'PokerTracker4'.
