Reimport hands in fresh DB - division

Postby bosow » Wed Dec 13, 2017 10:46 am

Hello,
After I had the same error in my previous DB, I decided to create a new one.
I tried to re-import the whole ipoker folder from my processed HHs.
First 70k hands were imported smoothly, however this error appeared after:
01:15:13 am: Import file: C:\Users\BOUZILLATOR\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed\iPoker\2017\08-27\4126861270.xml

Same for all the files that followed. New HHs generate errors too.
What should I do? thanks

Are you using the latest version of PokerTracker 4? If that does not fix it then you may have an issue with a custom statistic so please open a Support Ticket with a PokerTracker4.log file that's recorded the trouble and we can investigate that for you.

I don't have that information but it was likely due to an issue with a custom stat or having hands with a zero big blind in the database.
