Filter "Effective stack size" : missing hands for BB

I don't understand, I have similar numbers with HM2 for SB/BB hands

Effective stack has a very specific meaning in PokerTracker - it's the amount a player can lose in a pot as of their first action in the hand so in any hand where a player is in the big blind and receive a walk their effective stack will be zero for that hand.

Thanks for your answer, there is no solution for include "walk winrate + other winrate" for a specific Effective Stack Size with PT4 ? (like HM2)

Not at this time but if you want to be automatically notified if a filter for overall 'hand' effective stats is added in a future update, and add weight to the request in our system, then you can let us know in a Support Ticket.
