Do you have the same hand history folder listed in your WPN client under 'Game Info -> View Hand History -> Options' and in PokerTracker 4 under 'Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> Winning Poker Network'? The path in PokerTracker 4 should be the same as you are using when you are getting hands from disk. If they are the same then can you please
enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a
Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
