Setting up HUD first time for MTT's

Hi all,

I want to set my HUD up for MTT's. I am massive noob at PT4 though. I really don't even know where to begin.

Is there a tutorial or something that I can read through which gives me the steer on how to set up a basic HUD, which also tracks my results etc?
