Problem importing hands

I have a concern with the import of my hands, I just registered on PT4 and it impporter only my 26 last Khand instead of 250Khand expected, I was under xester before, I tried some manipulations but nothing to do ...

Do you have the hand history files for these hands? If you do and they are not importing into PokerTracker 4 send a sample of these to us in a Support Ticket. Should you not have all your old hand histories then your poker site may be able to provide you with copies of those hands.
