Session stats slow to load

Hi! while playing usually it works fine to double click the hud of the chosen player and get the session stats right away, altough, approximately once every half hour, it either takes many seconds for it to change to session stats, or doesnt change at all when i double click the hud. Could it be big database or using a lot of custom stats to cause this problem, and is there any solution for it?

So we can see what's happening here and investigate this please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
