0 Cashes, 0 % ITM

My PokerTracker is lying to me, it says I have no cashes and a 0% ITM (see attached). Only seems to be happening when I use this particular quick filter. Please help me.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings the log file will be called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'. In addition to the log file please attach a zipped copy of your quick filter to your ticket (you can export your quick filter via 'More Filters -> Edit Quick Filters -> Export').
