Unable to import hands

PT4 stopped work.
I checked View import status and see:
Error: partypoker: Unable to import hand (#17225568284). Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: division by zero CONTEXT: PL/pgSQL function update_tourney_custom_cache() line 9 at FOR over SELECT rows
Please for help.

Are you playing tournaments on Partypoker? If so then they have made a change to tournament hand histories which caused an issue with blind levels of 1k+ (they were importing with a value of zero hence the 'division by zero' error) and this has been resolved so please update to PokerTracker v4.15.2. Updating alone does not fix the issue and you will need to purge the affected tournaments from your database before you re-import them (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk). By default PokerTracker 4 moves your processed hand histories to your \PokerTracker 4\Processed folder which you can access via the "File -> Open User Data Folder" option. If that's not your issue then please enable logging, reproduce this issue and report it to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:
