Omaha All-in EV Not Tracking Correctly

Could someone please answer the following questions regarding this hand? Thanks in advance.

1. Why is my All-in EV not populating for this hand? PT should have all the necessary information
2. On my graph it shows my All-in EV line moving down by $10. Why?

I cannot view those attachments but it sounds like either a player called an all-in and then folded later (like this) or that there was further action on a street after an all-in (like this) and in these circumstances adjusted equity is not calculated.
