How to hide hud on the table but when I mouse pointer on the player can show hud？

You can enable that by selecting your HUD profile in PokerTracker 4 via 'HUD -> Edit HUD Profiles' and changing the display type for your HUD Group(s) to 'Lower Opacity Until Mouse Over'.
