This issue has been going on for a very long time for me

I play on 888, iPoker and pParty which all update the big blind stat straight away; in fact they tend to update before the next hand has even started

However on Stars its the exact opposite and it can take an entire hand just to update to the previous one

It also seems to not just be the big blind stat updating in the HUD; the whole hand import process seems to be slower and i often have to wait 10 seconds or more in order to see, select and tag a given hand from Stars while the other sites are immediate

How do i resolve this issue please

So we can investigate this please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log':
