Problem whith HUD PT4v4.15.3

Hello. I recently did a formatting on my PC and downloaded PT4v4.15. When you click Get Hands While Playing, the program hangs. I've reinstalled 4 times and the problem continues.
I would like support with this problem.

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'. Once you do hit the problem make sure to not restart PokerTracker 4 until you've sent the log - if you do PokerTracker 4 will start a new log file meaning we may lose the one with the information we'd like to see. You can open the user data folder (File -> Open User Data folder) containing the log file before you start getting hands, leave that window open and attach the log file after the freeze occurs.
