Hud not appearing on some tables

For information, in my active table, the status stay in "Hud Loading..."

In that case please update to v4.15.4 again and open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your logs, hand histories and screenshots to get more information about the problem.

I dont wanna post a new thread but I think I am having same problem, recently I formated my pc and installed fresh windows 10, pt4. From time to time pokertracker stops working on one of the tables for no reason, I understand it happens sometimes when new player sits it but I noticed it also happens without any players movement. I just wonder if theres something on my end.

If I wanna do that I need to save database and uninstall current tracker and then install that version? and then back up database again?
