To get the required Flash Player installed on your computer please download and install it from this link:
Download Adobe Flash
Select the correct version of the Windows operating system in Step 1 and then download "FP XX for Firefox" in Step 2. Once you've installed that version, restart PokerTracker 4 and you should be able to watch the in-client videos. The videos are also available to view in your web browser here.
