If you're using a custom Hud profile please try with one of the built-in default Huds first and see if you still have the same problem?
Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4. Reproduce the problem - wait a few minutes to see if the popup data appears, then attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a
