PT4 stats not showing

Hello,

I just got PT4 , imported hands succesfully but the stats menu is completely empty (no hands or graphs showing )

An experienced user tried to help out but couldnt find the problem also.

Can anyone help me out ?

Make certain that you have selected the correct active player and that you are looking in the proper section of PokerTracker – cash game data ($) and tournament data (T) are separated if you have imported only one type of data you would not see it in the other section. If you are in the correct section check that you do not have any filters set as filters may keep your data from appearing. If you have no filters enabled try resetting the report to the default state. To do this, right click the report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK' but if none of that helps then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.

When replying to the thread the are two tabs underneath the message field - 'Options' & 'Upload Attachment'. Click on 'Upload Attachment -> Choose File' and then browse to where the screenshot is saved on your computer and select it. Once that's done click on 'Add the file' to upload it before you post your reply.

If you are only playing tournaments then you need to click on the 'T' tab to view that information but if you have been playing cash games with that screenname then please send us your log file in a Support Ticket along with a sample hand history file:
