Multitabling Problem

Postby Menezham » Thu Oct 11, 2018 12:33 pm

Hi !

I'm on a fresh windows 10 installation.
Installed Pokertracker 4 there are two days ago, v4.15.6

I play cash game on 12 tables (Pokerstars) and i can see always this problem: when there are more than 10 opened tables then PT4 stop importing hands and HUD hand/freeze.
If i close any table until i'm back on 10 tables then Pokertracker resume "Getting Hands while playing"...

Any idea ? Know bug/limitation ?

Cheers,
Menezham

Can you please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to is in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on here. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

For now I'd suggest having logging enabled all the time (Configure -> Options -> [x] Logging Enabled) so that if you have an issue in future you will have a log file that's recorded what was going on at the time and then you can send that to us in a Support Ticket.
