Unable to find player

So i recently got pokertracker 4, but for some reason, when im asked to select a player to run it against, i can't do so. When i type the nickname in the search bar, nothing happens. I have no idea how to fix that, could any1 help?

First you need to import at least one hand from your poker site and when that's done you'll be able to select your screenname in PokerTracker 4. You can find our site configuration guides here and when everything is configured correctly you can import hands from a table you are playing by clicking 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing'.
