“Failed to load SQL Modules into database Cluster”

I get this error message when trying for a new installation of PT4. This has to do with Postgres, but I can't figure out what to do to get the installation to complete properly.

Running Windows 7, Core i7 4770, 8 GB RAM

Go to this folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\Temp

If you do not see the AppData folder in Windows then please refer to this guide. In this folder there should be a file created at the time of the install called "install-postgresql.log", "initdb.log" or something with "bitrock", "postgresql" or "postgres" in the name - please send us that file in a Support Ticket.
