When I play cash on ignition the HUD is useless. It doesn’t recognize when a player leaves and a new player takes the same seat number. So if seat 4 plays 20 hands and leaves, the stats stay the same for the new player that comes in and takes seat 4 and showed the new player as also played 20 hands. Is there a way to fix this with a setting? Or reset a specific player manually? Or will Pokertracker be fixing this in newer versions? Thanks

while i am 4 tabling on ignition, 1 of the table do not appear the hud(only 3 tables display the hud),and 1 of the hud is attach to the wrong table! that's such a big problem!
The wrong statics will led me to loss directly!

Please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

This happened to me once but I think it only happens if you load tables simultaneously. You have to wait until one table is fully loaded, then open your next one.

Is the tournament version of this still on schedule ?

We haven't announced a release date for this update but it is being worked on.
