PokerTracker 4 doesn't support IDN Poker but it may help if you contact the network and tell them that you would like them to speak with us in regards to adding support.

Is IDN supported now? Because I see IDN listed in the site and import options. But I cant figure out how to use it for the browser based Nagapoker.

Support for IDN (ShenPoker) requires the use of the Asian Room Hand Converter software and LDPlayer emulator v3. All of these Asian Poker sites must be run in an emulator using their Android apps and browser play is not supported.

There are 13 converters, which one should I use for IDN (shenpoker)?

As mentioned above that requires the use of the Asian Room Hand Converter software and that's for all of the sites listed.

When I click download on the hand converter software site (on the link you provided), it gives a list of 13 converters. I clicked on the PPPoker converter (there was no option for IDN/Shen) and downloaded that. It works fine with PPPoker app, as in I get all the stats etc. However its not working with IDN, even though I am running the IDN app in LDplayer emulator V4 (when I click on the link you provided for LDplayer emulator V3, it takes to the website which has only the option to download the LD V4 emulator). Please assist.

Unfortunately converter support is no longer available for IDN Poker and as a result it was removed from the purchase/download page.
