still not working for me on fastforward BWIN.BE skin other cash tables works fine. downgraded to the recommended older version and the latest version also is not working.

Using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.

HUD is not working again on PP. Yesterday worked fine

Please reboot your computer, enable logging in PokerTracker 4 and if you are playing fastforward follow the steps described here. If your HUD still doesn't work please send us your log file, a screenshot of the table and the hand history file in a Support Ticket.

Party Poker seems to work sometimes. Right now I'm playing two Partypoker tournaments, one has the HUD working and the other one doesn't

looks like the problem is with tournaments that have a comma in the header, like 7.5K guarantee... because with round numbers eg. 10K, 5K the hud works fine

Yup, I have the same thing going on.
