PokerTracker version 4.15.6
Ignition Casion Poker Game Client version 4.64.00
IgnitionGrabber version 1.0.2
Windows 10 Pro N
As of yesterday 11/15 it seems that the PT4 client is no longer detecting Ignition cash game tables.
Per the Ignition Hand Grabber Guide (https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4 ... bber-guide) I've ensured that both PT4 and the Ignition Hand Grabber are running before the Ignition Casino Poker Game Client.
When selecting "Status" from the PokerTracker+ > Ignition Hand Grabber menu and leaving the window open, you can see the table(s) detected once they are opened. However, once "Get Hands While Playing" is selected in the "Play Poker" section, nothing appears in the "View Active Tables" window. Additionally, the "View Import Status" section shows " Ignition: Found 0 files to monitor." If the Ignition Hand Grabber status window is closed and re-opened, the tables are no longer listed.
After enabling logging in PT4 and restarting, I noticed the following entries that indicate "NOT matched" which may be related:
2018/11/16 14:37:39.806 [00000]: [00001C7C][BovadaHandGrabber] newWindowText: hwnd=0x00070AB6, ticks=101752546, title=$0.05/$0.10 No limit Hold'em
2018/11/16 14:37:39.807 [00000]: [00001C7C][BovadaHandGrabberTable] NOT matched: $0.05/$0.10 No limit Hold'em
2018/11/16 14:38:02.595 [22787]: [- Main -][WindowFrame] Closing Frame: IgnitionGrabber 1.0.2 (01566C10)
Both products have been working without issue up until yesterday, and there are multiple archived dates in the \AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed\Ignition\ folder.
My guess is that something changed in the Ignition client (i.e the title of the table windows).
Anybody else having this issue? Any help would be most appreciated.
Josh
