Pokertracker does not load hands, in graphs.

As I said in the title, after the last update - 4.15.7- pokertracker does not show the graphs for the hands played before the date of last update (this month) ---- It says "Loading..." ---- and I can hear the harddisk working. It shows graphs for "today" or for "yesterday" or for "since date x.12.2018" (x is a day after the update) perfectly. I mention that , at this latest update it did a database update or something .. that tooked some time.

Update: It shows the "Last month grap" but .. after a long period of loading time...

What could be wrong?

So we can see what's going on here please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'.
