Not enough memory error message when I rebuild cache

I have 64gb of RAM

this is the error message:

Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: out of memory DETAIL: Failed on request of size 67108864. )

anyone have any ideas on this? My PT4 is completely locked up now and the HUD and active hands do not update anymore

Please revert any PostgreSQL Tuning (Database -> Database Management -> Housekeeping -> Revert PostgreSQL Tuning), reboot your computer and then go to "Windows Start Menu -> All Programs -> PokerTracker 4 -> PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)". Try a full cache rebuild again and if it still fails please send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
