TRACKER TRAVANDO

Boa tarde. Meu PT4 está travando sempre após inicia-lo. Isso ocorre alguns minutos, ou no máximo 1h após inicia-lo.

Acontece que depois disso não consigo acessar o mesmo e o hud para de funcionar, obviamente. Ele trava e com isso sou obrigado a encerra-lo no gerenciador de tarefas para abri-lo novamente, até que o problema volte a acontecer.

Separei anexo a imagem que aparece no exato momento em que o app trava.

Aguardo retorno breve pois estou sem conseguir jogar há dias.

Please update PokerTracker 4 to the latest version:

Download PokerTracker 4

If the issue persists then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket. Also when you do hit the problem make sure to not restart PokerTracker 4 until you've sent the log - if you do PokerTracker 4 will start a new log file meaning we may lose the one with the information we'd like to see. You can open the user data folder (File -> Open User Data folder) containing the 'Logs' folder before you start playing, leave that window open and copy/attach the log file from that window when the problem occurs (the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in the 'Logs' folder).
