HUD and hands history not working on partypoker

Hey everyone,

is pokertracker even running on partypoker cash games nowadays? I got into a table and started PT4 and neither the HUD or hands history were functioning.
Does PT4 even work on partypoker? It says on the website that it works, but specially because partypoker doesnt allow player names to be shown on the tables, how is the HUD and hand history going to work like this??

Yes it should work. Partypoker have made several changes recently so make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4:

Be sure when installing Partypoker that you choose "English" if offered the option. With regards to anonymous player names in the hand histories provided by Partypoker that only applies to regular cash tables and it doesn't affect tournaments or fast forward tables at this time. As a result PokerTracker 4 now defaults to show session stats for the anonymous players but it will still track your own results fully (your own name is not anonymous in the histories).

But if i want to play regular cash games on partypoker i won't be able to have the HUD working on the table, right?? it only works for tournaments or fast forward cash game tables right now??

The HUD will work but as I mentioned above it will only display session stats for your opponents due to the anonymous player names in the hand history files.

and what about someone leaves the table and a new player joins? Will the stats be the same? Will i have the stats from the last player for the new one? Or do i have to reset PT4 oder does PT do it automatically?

Currently the stats won't update when players change but that is something that we're in the process of adding. If you want to be notified when that functionality is released please open a Support Ticket.

But is it possible to reset PT manually, to get fresh new data on new players?

The only option available at this time when a player changes is to reset all players sessions stats via the PT-icon on the table.
