Mobile Hand History Import from email to file

I recently had to complete an MTT partially on Pokerstars mobile and I am now trying to import this hand/tourney history into PT4.

I requested the hand history and tournament summary from the mobile app. I then tried to copy the HH from my email to a text file, and then tried to import it as a file into PT4. Eveything looks fine in the text file, but when I import, I get a bunch of "Warning: PokerStars: Big Blind not posted in hand#XXXXXXXXXXXX (Line #XXX)" errors, and a final "Error: PokerStars: Invalid date specified in hand history" error. 0 hands imported.

Do I have to tweak something (line break, etc.) in the text file itself for it to work, or is tthere another way to do this?

If you do that please check that no additional formatting is introduced - some email applications will display a space at the start of each line, or split longer lines into two, for example, and this sort of thing will cause the hands to not import. If you still cannot get the hands to import then send them to us in a Support Ticket and we will take a look.
