upgraded

Hi i just upgraded from small to high nlh and some players on higher games arent tracked why?

Need a quick answer because the stress for upgrading so far is just not worth the hassle

If that's on tournaments then your database cache may need to be rebuilt. If your database isn't that large click "Database -> Database Management", click on your main database then "Rebuild Cache -> Full Cache Rebuild". If you have a large this could take awhile so schedule accordingly but you can create a new database in the meantime. If that's not the problem please capture this trouble you're having in a log file and then send that to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here:

1528mb data base3hrs and counting, what do you think it will go to?

It shouldn't take that long on a small database so please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file:

Guide: How to Create & Submit a PokerTracker4.log File

If you create a new database that should allow you to continue using PokerTracker 4 at the tables in the meantime.
