hello I play in sportium and my hands keep it in xml and pocker tracker every time I give it to import I get an error and all the time and I have to accept and I lose time in pokerstars hands keeps them in txt and I'm going well there is some way so that pocker tracker I do not get the error or some way so that I save them in txt

It's normal for iPoker clients like Sportium to save their hand histories to .xml files. If you are having trouble importing them then make sure you are using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 otherwise please send us your hand history files and log file in a Support Ticket so we can take a look at this for you.
