The wrong euro / british pounds currency conversion

Hello!
I have the problem in different databases(even if I create the new one) which appears rarely. During the session the PT4 does wrong currency conversion for euro tables(please, see the screenshot), the same for british pounds.

If I purge hands after the session and then reimport them – everything becomes ok. What causes the problem? The PT4 version is 4.15.11

There is a known issue with retrieving exchange rates at certain times so instead of purging and reimporting you can go to 'Database -> Currency', select the sessions which have an exchange rate of -1 and click the 'Set Rates' button to fetch the correct exchange rates. Note that you can select a range of rows by holding shift and clicking the start/end and you can also select multiple ones individually by holding CTRL and selecting.
