Omaha Small Stakes Tracker on WPN

I just purchased the Omaha Small Stakes version after many years away from using a tracker/hud. I play on black chip poker (Winning Poker Network). The PT4 client looks to have imported all my old hand histories, but it isn't importing any omaha hands as I play today. I'm assuming this has something to do with the new software, but I had thought v4.15.12 resolved those issues. Any suggestions?

v4.15.12 should import omaha hands so please compress your hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can take a look and see what is wrong.
