Bet online poker room ?

Does poker tracker support the bet online sports book poker room? From what I can find they're on the Chico network. To be clear I'm talking about the poker room at betonline.ag

Yes, that's correct, with a handgrabber. We recommend the Advanced Poker Tools converter.

is the converter from Advanced Poker Tools still needed to get PT4 to work on BetOnline?

and is this software permitted by BetOnline? I took the time to read some of the rules at BetOnline and they say that they don't accept 3rd party softwares that are able to collect data without playing...and I saw that this converter has an Observer Mode...hence my question. Is there any known case of someone being banned for using it?

I don't see any reference to this software in their rules so if you need clarification I would suggest contacting your poker site directly.

I am not personally aware of a specific case but that doesn't mean it has not happened and I recommend contacting your poker site for confirmation/clarification.
