PT4 not showing any imported hands or results

Postby pokerkung » Sat Jul 13, 2019 10:18 am

My PT4 is not showing any imported hands or results and statistics for tournaments or cash games. Everything is blank. No filters selected, and right player selected.
The site is PartyPoker in this case.

Using the latest trial version.

Any idea whats wrong?

Also getting this message when I start PT:

"PostgreSQL versions above 9.3 are not supported by PokerTracker.
You may experience performance, stability, and other database issues by using these versions of PostgreSQL"

So later versions of PostgreSQL wont work as well? Do i need to downgrade to 9.3?

Thanks in advance

Edit: Saw that Partypoker removed the possibility to export hand histories. Wtf?
Although you can replay hands in the client but not export any text files'?

So im guessing party is not working with pt atm?

Unfortunately partypoker no longer provides downloadable hand history files so you cannot track your poker data anymore on your computer - see this post for more information. With regards to PostgreSQL we have had issues reported with newer versions of PostgreSQL and v9.3 is our recommended version although if your not currently having any problems then you can continue to use your current version. If you would like to revert we have a guide for installing PostgreSQL v9.3 here:
