PT doesn't work on Pokerstars

As the title.. I can't anymore to import the hands.. I don't understand the cause..

Make sure that PokerStars is still saving your hand history files (PokerStars Client -> Settings -> Playing History -> Hand History -> [x] Save My Hand History) and that PokerTracker 4 is importing from that location (Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> Site Configuration -> PokerStars):

Both hand histories and the PokerStars client (Settings -> Global -> Language -> English) all need to be in English. If you need further assistance then please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Windows Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to is in a Support Ticket. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.
