WPN\ACR - tournaments problems

Hello - played yesterday some tournaments and I had some problems -
1) sometimes when switching tables hud wasn't updating for the new players that are in the table (sometimes it did and sometimes it didn't)
2) no tournament detection at all - even if I try to hit the Auto Detect button nothing happens.
I am using pt v4.15.12.

1. So we can find out what's causing that please enable logging, reproduce this issue and send us your PokerTracker4.log file in a Support Ticket:

2. At this time WPN do not include the necessary information in their files for us to do that so you will need to manually edit your results. As far as I am aware WPN are working on writing proper tournament summaries at which point we can add tournament detection.
