IMPORTING and MERGING HAND HISTORY BETWEEN COMPUTERS

Postby skein99 » Tue Jul 23, 2019 12:47 pm

I have pokertracker installed on both my laptops but the older one has been acting up recently so I've decided to just use the newer one. The thing is, the older has most of my hand history and I would like to import and merge those hands in PT4 on my new laptop so I have one consolidated hand history database. Can someone please guide me on how to go about doing this?

If the older laptop has the majority of your hands then I would recommend backing up that data and restoring it on the newer laptop:

Guide: Backup & Restore

Once that database is restored you can then import the hands played on your newer laptop from your 'Processed' folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Guide: Processed Files

To manually import hand histories into PokerTracker 4 select 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.
