No aparecen las manos de los torneos que he jugado

Cuando trato de ver las manos que he jugado en un torneo no me aparecen le doy click en basic y en advanced y no aparece nada

Make sure that you have no hand tags active so that the drop down above the report says 'No Tags Selected'. If that's not the problem right-click the empty hand report and choose 'Configure Report'. In the window that appears, click 'Restore to Default' and click 'OK'. If doesn't fix it then please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on - get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.
