New release error

Have this error after updating to latest release. Trying to restore using a backup, but a box keeps opening asking me if I want to restore a stat, all notecaddy stuff. How do I stop it.

Firstly please run PT4 using the "PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)" link via the Windows Start menu and reproduce the problem.
Once you've done that, before you start PT4 again, attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a Support Ticket. You can find that file in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Logs" in Windows Explorer.
Please explain what steps you take during the run, and what goes wrong. Include any screenshots you think are relevant.

Tutorial: Reporting a problem

If PT4 will start up to the point that you can use the menu try disabling NoteCaddy via the PokerTracker+ menu and see if you can then do what you need to.

If not, we can disable it like this:
Close PT4.
Run Notepad and open "%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Config\PokerTracker.cfg'.
If there is a section labeled "[Apps]" with a line:
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=Y
..change that to:
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=N
If that section or line doesn't exist, add it at the end of the file so that it looks like this:
[Apps]
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=N
Save the file then run PT4 again and NoteCaddy should be disabled.
Can you do what you need to now?

Sorry can't send logs, deleted old and created new database and everything is working fine now. I will let you know if something else happens,thanks.
