Firstly please run PT4 using the "PokerTracker 4 (Logging Enabled)" link via the Windows Start menu and reproduce the problem.
Once you've done that, before you start PT4 again, attach the PokerTracker4.log file to a
Support Ticket. You can find that file in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Logs" in Windows Explorer.
Please explain what steps you take during the run, and what goes wrong. Include any screenshots you think are relevant.
Tutorial: Reporting a problemIf PT4 will start up to the point that you can use the menu try disabling NoteCaddy via the PokerTracker+ menu and see if you can then do what you need to.
If not, we can disable it like this:
Close PT4.
Run Notepad and open "%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\Config\PokerTracker.cfg'.
If there is a section labeled "[Apps]" with a line:
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=Y
..change that to:
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=N
If that section or line doesn't exist, add it at the end of the file so that it looks like this:
[Apps]
Tm90ZUNhZGR5.Enabled=N
Save the file then run PT4 again and NoteCaddy should be disabled.
Can you do what you need to now?
