Please follow the directions above.

Because of the database update here if any Hud changes, or custom stat/report/etc changes were made then your customizations could be lost by reverting to the previous version so I strongly recommend that you make a copy of PT4's "Data" folder before you install an older version.
This "Data" folder is in the user data folder which you can access either through File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu or by going to '%LOCALAPPDATA%\PokerTracker 4\' directly in Windows Explorer.
Close PT4 before you make a copy of the "Data" folder.

You can download v4.15.13 here:
https://www.pokertracker.com/products/P ... .15.13.exe (Windows)
https://www.pokertracker.com/products/P ... .15.13.dmg (macOS)

If you mean customizations, that is what I was referring to in my previous message. Anything saved in 4.15.14 won't work in 4.15.13, so you will need to keep the copied folder until you are able to update to the newer version again and then restore the copied files.

Adding up, the customization to the DB by PPH, by modifying its structure, makes the upgrade to fail. We can stick to the previous PT4 version (how many updates will we need to skip?) or:
1. Remove the customization
2. Upgrade the DB
3. Re-apply the customization

Too bad PPH support failed, so far, to explain how to perform step1. Or is it just me?
As an alternative I wouldn't mind ripping off PPH "vs Hero stat pack".
I can live without it. I'd be way more sorry to loose years of hands.

Any suggestion whether is possible (and how) to accomplish that?

Only ProPokerHUD support can remove that element of your content while leaving the rest but you can disable all of your third party content in PokerTracker 4 by unchecking 'Download Premium Content' in 'Configure -> Options'.
