Downgrade 4.15.16

Happy New Year to all the staff. Can you kindly put the link to the downgrade 4.15.16? the new release does not work on ipoker.it (I ask it on behalf of many Italian users)

I confirm, the HUD does'nt work, pt4 imports the hands but the hud doesn't appear on tables

Can you please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can investigate your issue. You can access the 'Logs' folder with the log file by clicking 'File --> Open User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window and depending on your Windows settings it will be a text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log'. Unfortunately you cannot use try with any version earlier than PokerTracker v4.15.17 due to a bug that prevents PokerTracker 4 from starting in 2020.

It's not a single user problem (ie only in my case) but an issue regarding diverse players, as you can see in the italian forum of pokerstrategy

I have accounts on People's Poker, 888poker.it, Partypoker.it and Ipoker.it, the HUD works on all sites but Ipoker.it

I also have the same problem, I wrote to the support and they answered me with the usual things about the configuration of the site.
I sent another email saying that the configuration is ok and that other users are having the same problem.
now I await an answer.

If anyone is having this issue please attach a log file that's recorded the problem to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot and hand history file so we can investigate this:
