1. Start PokerTracker 4.
2. Click "Configure -> Options" and if "Logging Enabled" doesn't have a check mark, click it such that it does.
3. Close PokerTracker 4.
4. Restart PokerTracker 4.
5. Select "File -> Open User Data Folder".
6. In the window that opens go into the 'Logs' folder and the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder. Only send that to us in a
Support Ticket after you have reproduced the issue you described.
