Lost registration code

Sorry if this is in the wrong place

I submitted a ticket that I have lost my registration key for PT4 a few weeks ago but didn't have any response, I must have bought PT4 6 or 7 years ago so it has been quite a long time and I now have a new computer. is there anyone that can help me with this?

Your support ticket was replied to - see your My Account -> My Support Tickets page. If you are not receiving our replies then your email provider is either blocking them or they are being delivered to your junk/spam folder.
