PokerTracker

Hi there I've just purchased poker tracker and imported a profile to use. But when I go to use it on a cash game the stats aren't all displaying and the ones that aren't are in the wrong order and colour. I also can't seem to create a new profile as all the stats don't seem to show. I might be doing something wrong but just thought I would ask for some advice. Thanks
