Retrieving pre-update bomb pots

Postby phucitol » Mon Jun 29, 2020 1:46 pm

I really happy that the latest update includes hand importing for bomb pots.

Is there a way to get PT4 to process the bomb pots that were imported but ignored from before the update?

PokerTracker 4 moves your previously auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder and you can import from files there using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk':

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Guide: Processed Files

The files should be organised by site/date and if you do not see the AppData folder in Windows File Explorer then please refer to this guide.

Thanks for the information, I do know where the folder is, but if I reprocess the files wouldn't that create duplicates of all my other hands? Or do I just need to purge my database (or create a new one) before doing this?

PokerTracker 4 will recognise those hands that are already in the database and while they will be reported as duplicates they will not be imported again.
