Hero should have around 74% equity on the flop when all players were all-in. PT4 logged this hand as -$11.56 Won and all-in adjusted is also logged as -$11.56. Is this a problem with all-in adjusted due to being in a 3-way all-in?

In a hand like this where there was further action on another street after an all-in then PokerTracker 4 does not calculate adjusted equity as it introduces a bias in the results.
