Problems importing HandHistory from PartyPoker

Hello all,

Im trying to import my hand history from Partypoker and I have this issue:

Yesterday I was playing some spins, and I won a few of them but when I try to import to PT4 the results are not corrects:

Alternative, I see this errors when importing:

- Tournament detection results uncertain

All spins played was a 1$

How I can fix this?

Are the results specified in the files provided to you by partypoker? You can verify this for yourself by opening the files with a text editor like Notepad. If the results are not detailed you can update the information manually:

If results are included please send your a sample of your partypoker files to us in a Support Ticket.
